Liver transplantation
Overview
VPS Lakeshore’s Comprehensive Liver Care Institute (CLCI) was established taking into account the unique nature of liver and the various conditions it can go through. Liver transplant surgery is a life-saving procedure that replaces a diseased and failing liver with a healthy one. You can receive a whole liver from a donor who has recently been pronounced dead (DDLT), or you can receive a part of a liver from a living donor (LDLT). A divided liver can grow back to full size in both your body and the living donor’s body. Our team performs donor hepatectomy using open, laparoscopic and robotic approaches. We are committed to provide liver transplant services at an affordable to all package.
